At Tiffix, we strive to deliver high-quality meals and excellent service. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where you need to cancel your subscription or request a refund. Please review our cancellation and refund policy below.
1. Subscription Plans Covered
This policy applies to all our subscription plans:
- Monthly (2 times/day): Premium ₹3,499, Classic ₹2,999
- Monthly (1 time/day): Premium ₹1,999, Classic ₹999
- Weekly Plan (1 week only): ₹999
2. Cancellation Policy
A. Cancellation Timeline:

Before the Start of Service:
- Cancellations are allowed if requested at least 48 hours before the subscription start date.

After the Start of Service:
- Cancellations are not allowed once the subscription period begins.
B. How to Cancel:

- Provide your subscription details, including name, registered phone number, and subscription plan.
C. Confirmation of Cancellation:
- Upon successful cancellation, you will receive a confirmation email or message from our team.
3. Refund Policy
A. Refund Eligibility:
Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:
- Service Not Started:
- If you cancel at least 48 hours before the subscription start date, you are eligible for a full refund.
- Service Errors:
- If we are unable to provide the service due to an error on our part (e.g., delivery issues, incorrect items), a partial or full refund may be issued after review.
B. Non-Refundable Situations:
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Cancellation requests made after the subscription period begins.
- Unconsumed meals due to user unavailability at the delivery address.
- Delays or interruptions caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, natural disasters).
C. Processing Refunds:
- Refund will be credited to your original payment method with in 5 to 7 business days.
Return will be acceptable with in 1 or 2 days ..
4. Changes to Subscription Plans
If you wish to change your subscription plan (e.g., upgrade or downgrade), please contact us 48 hours before the subscription period begins. Changes are subject to availability and price adjustments.
